It comes with the service life up to 4,000hours. With this product, the oil content of the compressed air can be controlled within 3 to 6ppm. Meanwhile, the oil mist particles size is controlled below 0.1μm. The initial pressure difference is no more than 0.02Mpa.
Precautions
1. The lubricating oil inside the barrel of the air oil separator should be controlled at the specified level. Generally, the oil level should be controlled to the position that is one half or two thirds of the oil sight glass.
2. Adjust the discharge pressure to the specified value.
3. Make sure the normal working temperature of the air compressor, and pay attention to the valve used for maintaining the pressure.
